Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

At this moment, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns as our items are made to order and we have limited supplies/inventory. 

If there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@simplyaestheteco.com within 5 days of delivery to resolve any issues or assist with concerns. 

Damages and Issues

While we try our hardest to ensure every item makes it to their forever home safely, accidents do happen! If you receive an item damaged, please email us at info@simplyaestheteco.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will assist you. 

We do require photos of the damaged item in order to exchange, refund, or send out a new item. If a product is no longer in stock, or can not be remade in a timely manner, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we ship out an order, we are no longer able to assist you with your package. If an item is lost or stolen, please reach out to your local USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. for more information on your package's location.
